Hello all. Just getting into brewing and having a blast. Lots to learn.
I've moved on to all grain and enjoy the process.
Again lots to learn but with time and trials I am sure my beer will get better.

Welcome, have lived in Chicago but consider Iowa to be home ground, particularly Burlington. For the last three years, I've been spending about one week out of a month there, helping with family.

What are you brewing next?

Hey Pappers_.
Thanks for the welcome.
I have a Triple chocolate milk stout ready to brew. Finishing up a batch of good old cream ale.
I head to Burlington often when its golf season. I really enjoy Spirit Hollow.
I was born and raised in Peoria so I'm very familiar with that area.
I tend to stay away from Chicago. Just to busy of a place for me.

Now if my pump would get here I'm ready to put the Stout in the kettle. Damned blichman ...

Next time you're in Burlington, when its safe, check out Monster Valley Pub downtown. My trips to Burlington got a lot better when they opened up!
