Like a said I started reading about cider a few weeks ago. Got to reading about a lot more than that and decided to joined up and put my keg cooler back in use with some of my own stuff in it.
I have never brewed beer but have a lot of the necessary equipment already. I know it is not part of the forum but it might be helpful to know that my brewing experience all came from making mash for distillation. I have not done it in many years, mostly because of state laws where I live now. When I lived in Florida state law allowed for small amounts for personal use. It was a gray aria because of federal law but I never heard of anyone having problems if they stayed within state guidelines.
