French guy living (and drinking) in Scotland, for now...

Hi all!

I'm a French guy, studying biology in Scotland right now, and that might move around the world to find a Ph.D. at some point ^^
I love drinking beer, and a couple years ago, my father gave me a brewing kit as a gift, and he really enjoyed it (Yes, he). He's now brewing 35L batches on a regular basis at home.
When I moved to scotland, I took with me my 5L brewing kit and decided to give it a go on my own without my dad's fancy equipment! so here I am, trying to brew beer to make time fly during UK lockdown =D

have fun, you don't need fancy gear to make good beer(though it helps with consistency, or so we tell our wives )

That's for sure! However, I don't need consistency, as long as it has alcohol and it tastes good, i'm in !
