Just signed on, just mail ordered my first home brew kit from Northern Brewing. Very excited about this new adventure! I hope to take advantage of the knowledge in these forums as I progress.

I bought my kit at Northern Brewer about 2 years ago this week. I brewed their Irish Red Ale kit and started the fermentation a little warm so I put it in secondary for a little longer than I would have. I actually cracked my second brew, the Patersbier kit, first.

Welcome and prepare to put off a lot of other chores and hobbies.

Hi! I got my NB kit Monday, already started my Irish Red..it's bubbling away nicely! The kit showed up on time with all the pieces and nothing broken! I'm very happy so far!
