And to set the record straight... it’s actually my 2nd batch. I did a very simple no-boil Muntons pale ale and it didn’t turn out. But I was following basic instructions and didn’t take temperature into account. It ended up tasting like apple cider and was just barely drinkable.

This time, I’ve done an incredible amount of reading in the hopes for a perfect outcome. I even built a fermentation chamber with an Inkbird. Most advice came from this forum actually!

So looking forward to the journey to come that’s for sure!
