It's a partial mash recipe around 4.5%. It was pitched onto a yeast cake so fermentation was extremely vigorous for 24 hours. This is my gravity after 4 days when transferred to Carboy

Here is my gravity after 3 days in Carboy. It's the same. Sorry for the hard reading. Should I bottle or another 3 days?

Stable gravity means you can bottle without worrying much about bottle bombs due to extra sugar. It certainly does NOT mean that it is time to bottle. A little extra time with the yeast will do your beer a lot of good.

Yeah, absolutely right. I'm impatient and I guess I just needed to be told. I'll sip on the hydro sample...

Your question can be answered in a few ways..... technically a beer can be fully fermented in a few days but by no means is it "ready". what I mean by this is that by leaving the beer on the yeast cake for a few WEEKS it will clean up after itself reabsorbing any off flavors caused by fermentation it also will flocculate further resulting in a clearer finished beer also, the flavor will be ultimately far better. So technically yes your beer can be done in a week or less but the finished product will not be as palatable. Patience is key when it comes to brewing.
