This is my planned next recipe for a Northern English Brown Ale. Gravity/IBUs/Color estimated by Brewsmith.

Any thoughts, suggestions, comments?

1 lbs 8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) 15.8 %

8.0 oz Barley, Flaked (1.7 SRM) 5.3 %
4.0 oz Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM) 2.6 %

Sounds like a good suggestion. I'll plan to reduce the crystal to .75 lbs 80L and increase chocolate to 6oz.
