Hello All,

Looking to make a brewing where I want to add fresh lemon grass, fresh kaffir leaves and fresh kaffir fruit in my secondary fermenting. What I am struggling with is what style of beer would be good for all 3?

I normally do a 12 gallon all grain batch and break that into four 3 gallon batches. One being the control, and the items in the others.

Also wondering how much of each items I should experiment with? Already pulled off a thai chili porter, raw young coconut porter, control and a different yeast in last experiment.

I agree, my first thought would be some sort of Belgian Blonde recipe or a Saison of sorts. As for amounts, not really sure as I have never used any of those ingredients.
