Looking for good ideas for Pale Ale Mini batch. I want to start with a more or less standard Pale Ale all grain malt base and then create 5 distinctive 1 gallon batches showcasing a variety of hop profiles. Want to start with a basicish PA and ramp up to an insane Sublimely Arrogant IPA. Suggestions for hop varieties? I want to avoid my go tos, such as Columbus, Citra and Willamette and branch out. Also anyone have reviews on Falconers Flight? I used it about two years ago in a small dose and can't remember its profile and whether I liked it
