I was wondering where GF brewers in Ottawa, Ontario get their sorghum or brown rice syrup (if you're willing to share your secret). I get most of my suplies from Defalcos, but they don't carry any of the more unusual grains.

Is there somewhere I can get the sorghum that's either local (for the carless), or close enough that the shipping won't ruin me?

I only started GF shortly after my first few batches of beer, so I'm still rather new to the technical side of things (I tend to..throw things together and see if it works). I'm not up to malting in my apartment yet, as it seems to take daily care and extra space, so I'm hoping to stick to syrups/candi sugar for the time being.

Any advice on sourcing supplies is very welcome, and appreciated.
