I have been making wine for years and just started brewing beer. All of my other brews have needed a blow off tube, but this one (my first semi-mash) is putting out no C02. The OG was 1.042 and I racked it to a glass secondary last night after 6 days in a (new) bucket. It had a gravity of 1.012. It tasted fine, and now is starting to clear, but still no C02 output. Is this going to be beer?

If your gravity reading are correct it is beer. It sounds like you had a great fermentation. You cannot confuse an airlock with a hydrometer. The airlock is not a good indicator of fermentation. Your hydrometer is.

You may have had a little bitty leak. No worries though, looks like you had a nice fermentation.
