Hey all. I made a pineapple blonde ale a while back that I wanted to have a moderate pineapple flavor. I used a pineapple extract from more beer, but I thought it tasted more like bubble gum than pineapple. I recently came across crystalized pineapple from northern Brewer. Has anyone had any experience with this stuff? If so, how did it turn out?

Why not use pureed pineapple?
