Tried Chimay for the first time at the place we had dinner. It was very nice and I enjoyed it immensely, however I must admit, the homebrewed Belgian I'm enjoying right now is as good if not better...ya, it's better, to me anyway. I guess I'm officially a beer snob now. Thanks HBT! I owe my new found beer-snobery to this site! HBT rocks!
