Brewing a blonde Ale kit from my local brew store that's supposed to hit about 7.5 abv . It came with golden Belgian candi syrup but I wanted to use orange blossom honey instead is this a good choice or not and will it make the abv to high I don't want to have a over the top alcohol flavor because I have heard honey sugars get eaten up a bit better than other ....any input would help , also should I had honey at end of boil or a few days after primary starts
