I bottled a batch of IPA about a week ago and I pulled two out to put in the fridge and try "waiting Two weeks is hard" One beer looks normal the other has a little ring of bubbles at the top and I can see carbination bubbles flowing in the beer and the other does not have any visible movement, what's going on with the bubbling one I've never seen a beer just bubbling when not open
