Looks like floating yeast/trub with hop matter to me. Tasting it should give you an idea if it's infected.
 
Looks like a bunch of hop matter to me. No visible krausen...

Unless the flash is making it green its just hop matter/protien/trub

Should there still be krausen? After2 weeks?

Krausen can last indefinitely. It doesn't always drop to the bottom. I had a nut brown finish up and still had krausen on top after a month. It was done fermenting, the krausen/by products just never dropped to the bottom of the bucket.
 
looks fine to me - as mentioned before taste should be the best indicator but looks no different than anything I've ever made.
