Please help.. Mold!!

Ok so iv got a 1gal of some wine i started about a year ago sitting on my counter top .... about 2 months ago the airlock dried up an i didn't relies it and a bit of white ( im guessing mold) stuff was floating on top. being lazy i swished it around and fild up the air lock an walk away. Now there is still a little bit on the top agen. Should i toss it or dump out the top and bottle it?

I Don't. Trash it and chalk it up to learning.

Yaaaa that's what i was thinking but i didn't know if the alcohol would kill it all or what. Well thank you.

Rack it off and throw away the top and the bottoms drink the good stuff in the middle.
