I have about $2,500 invested in this setup. I’m looking to sell as a package for $1,250 (half). For now, local pickup in the SE Wisconsin area. If I can't find anyone local, I will update the post with a shipping option. Thanks for checking it out!

...sorry about the list below, many are sub-bullets, but I couldn't figure out how to do that on here...

  • Bayou Classic 15.5g stainless steel pot
  • Includes a basket, which is perfectly sized for BIAB (bottom of the basket sits above the heating element)
  • Camlock fittings for recirculating mash and whirlpool port (purchased from BrewHardware.com)
  • 3 silicone hoses for recirculating mash, whirlpooling and chilling into the fermenter
  • Sight glass with brewhardware thermometer
  • Top of the line heating element (5500W SS Ripple)
  • BIAB bag fit to the kettle from WilserBrewer Bags

  • 240V electric brewery controller
  • This controller has one 30A twist-lock outlets and is able to control one up to 30A 240V load (heating element)
  • It also has a standard 120V outlet to control up to 5A pump. Just an On/Off manual control.
  • Heating element can be controlled by a PID to keep temperature stable or can be manually controlled (infinite control) to apply desired power.
  • Infinite power control of high energy heating elements
  • Integrated PID Controller for precise automatic control
  • Quick disconnect temperature probe
  • Sound and visual alarm can be programmed for any over or under temperature.
  • Designed to control a single vessel Brew in a Bag (BIAB) System
  • Can also run a 3-Vessel HERMS system. HLT temp is dependent on mash temp.
  • Can be wall mounted or used as a counter-top control panel.
  • In case of automated PID control you can adjust power on element from 0 to 5500 Watt to avoid grain scorching.
  • It's equipped with 40A rated SSR.
  • Controller has current overload protection and SSR overheating protection.
  • Support Celsius or Fahrenheit display mode
  • Controller can be plugged to 3 or 4 wires 240V 30Amp or 50Amp outlet. In case of 3 wire outlet - 120V pump receptacle will not work.

  • Both temp probe and plug connect to the brewery controller

WIbrewer,
I’ll take the plate chiller if it’s still available.

All items originally posted have been sold except the pot. Details listed below. I'm hoping for a local sale (Milwaukee), but open to shipping, if needed. I've invested roughly $500 in the pot, fittings, element, but looking to sell for $250.
