Hi all-

I joined about 2 years ago, been lurking longer than that. Finally time to get off my hump and build out my eBIAB setup. I've read a ton over the years and learned lots thanks to all of you.

I actually just joined at first to add what i know about malting to the happiness is home malting thread.

then a year later, got bored. said hell i'll see how it goes. got flamed bad (just remember to not go on a rant, you'll do fine)

Former lurker and eBIAB newbie here as well! I picked up a used Unibrau system over the summer and have been dialing it in for the last few brews. The PID system is rad!
