I have a Spike conical setup.
I cold crashed and I was just about to carb before I thought of this.
I really don’t want to go through the hassle of dumping/collecting the yeast but now I am concerned that pressure carbing with the stone is going to distribute all the yeast and trub throughout the beer.
The carb port is probably 12 inches above the yeast dump port but this was a double IPA so it’s got a lot of trub.
