Howdy, folks!

I just wanted to let everyone know that the entry deadline is getting VERY close. By the way, as other highlights, we have some mighty fine speakers, this year:

Michael Tonsmeire, author of American Sour Beers

Ted Hausotter, hop broker at Hop Heaven, homebrewer, and BJCP judge

Peter Caddoo, Brewmaster at NOLA brewing, New Orleans.

This will be my first competition, so I'm sorry about any newbie questions.

- Do I submit 3 or 4 bottles? I thought it was 3, but I see four labels when I click to print labels.
- To submit the recipe it seems like I will have to print out the sheet and fill it out by hand, is this correct or did I miss where to enter the recipe?
