Im not sure on what hops to use for my weizen. Can anybody help? Im just gunna use 5 gals. of my mash for the berliner.

Yup, a single 1 oz noble hop addition @ 60 min. Just enough to balance out the malt, but let the malt character be up front in the brew. I typically use Hallertau myself.

Typically use Halletauer Mittlefruh... I'm not sure if thats how its spelled.

If you are sour mashing, add enough hops post-mash (in the boil) to reach 4 IBU. Hops in the mash will inhibit the Lacto's ability to sour.

If you are not sour mashing, hopping in the mash would be an option.

And yes, stick with low AA german noble hops.
