Anyone know how many degrees lintner this malt is? The data sheet on their site doesn't seem to indicate anything about diastatic power. Hopefully it can convert itself. I might get crazy with it and brew a 100% oat beer. I'm thinking Oat Malt and GNO, lager yeast, and possibly Styrian Golding Hops. Should be thicker than maple syrup!!

Chances are the DP levels are way too low to use as a base malt if it is not even listed. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Make sure its labelled Oats Malt and not just Oats.

Product sheet says use at up to 65% of grain bill. That could potentually indicate some diastatic limits (but could be for other reasons). It's also highly modified.

If you can get a lot analysis sheet, it'll often gave better and more accurate info (actual numbers instead of ranges), and that could have your enzyme figures as well.
