Is siphoning from carboy to bottling bucket enough to mix priming water?

I've always bottle primed because I didn't have a bottling bucket so this was never an issue. Now I have a bottling bucket.

It'll mix, but I generally sanitize a wooden spoon and very gently stir just to be positive everything mixed properly.

I always dump my sugar solution directly into the bucket while hot, then rack the beer immediately on top of it. Swirling action of the siphon mixes it great; I've never had a batch not prime up nice and even.
