Ok, so first: don't hate on the extract brew. My "moon series" is almost complete and every one has been extract so I won't stray away from it.

steeping grains are a big ol secret in amount, length of time, and varying types (sorry)
1 lb golden light DME
14.2 g Southern Star at hot break (30 min)
14.0 g German Hallertau (25)
14.15 g Southern Star (20)
6 lbs gold LME (15)
14.41 g German Hallertau (12.5)
14.71 g Bitter orange Peel,
29.1 g sweet orange peel,
10.47 g cardomom (10)
Irish moss (7.5)
Yeast nutrient(6)
57.1 g mosaic cryo (5)
28.5 g citra cryo (5)
28.35 g African Queen (whirlpool)

Dryhopped with
28.4 g Citra cryo,
28.37 g Mosaic cryo
28.41 g African Queen

Thoughts???

Nothing wrong with extract. Curious about the orange peel and cardamom but they don't necessarily clash.

What are you planning on fermenting with?

oh, I missed my yeast. It's my legacy Wyeast 1056 that has now been through quite a few brews
Cardamom will highlight the orange and citra, while adding a bit of an herbaceousness that seems to have hit the dank on the head.
