About to get a case or two of Heady Topper in a couple of weeks. What is the best way to preserve the beer for optimal yeast harvest from the can? Keep the beer in the fridge or keep it at room temp?

It will not matter,just keep it where ever you have the room to store it.You just don't want it getting excessively hot.
