Estou tentando aprender a utilizar o Beersmith, mas o IBU da cerveja aparenta ser muito mais alto que eu havia estimado.

O equipamento é caldeirão pra 20l, mas mesmo configurado, não sei se o volume de água pode estar influenciando.

Alguém pode dar um socorro pra conseguir entender isso:
