Leffe Clone BIAB Questions

Hi,

Pretty new to the brewing world. I have brewed a kit APA and I have a Saison in the fermenter that I did BIAB.

I was curious if anyone has brewed a Leffe clone in the BIAB method?

I was thinking about using the following recipe I found and was curious if anyone had any thoughts on the recipe before I get started.

I was also going to do a 5 gallon batch, any thoughts if I would need to change the recipe?

Finally, I was thinking about adding come cardamom to the boil and possibly the second fermenter.

Make sure to give a long 90 minute boil with all that pilsner. No big deal working at 5 gallons instead of 5.5, it will just have a bit higher ABV. You'll do well to have a yeast starter at that ABV though.
