I'm Majik from Crewe in England. I got a Wilko's wine starter kit for Christmas last year and thought I'd give it a go last month when the weather got a little warmer. It went OK other than not degassing before I bagged it, leaving a slight after taste and a little bit of fizz. Since then, after trawling the internet and YouTube, I decided to have a play around. I found you guys and thought it would be a good place to get advice and info before I tackle any bigger projects.
