Tasting Notes
Very smooth brew with a great grapefruit aroma from the dry hop
6 lbs Red Wheat
5 lbs Pale Malt

1 oz Hallertau (60 minutes)
.5 oz Cascade (15 minutes)
1.5 oz Cascade (dry hop, 7 days)

Mash at 150 F for 60 minutes.

Made this off the top of my head for something easy to teach the girlfriend how to brew, came out extremely well and the dry hop addition really made this brew.
