Brewed northern brewer AK47 pale mild all grain, been in the fermenter for 9 days no activity for a few days from airlock. OG was 1.036 just took a sample gravity is at 1.006. Comes out to be around 3.6% should I go ahead and bottle?

If it's been at 1.006 for at least three days, and is starting to clear, it's fine to bottle. If this is the first check, wait two days, recheck, and if it's still 1.006 and you're happy with the clarity, then it can be bottled.
