For this forum. I just started my first brew over the weekend and if it wasn't for this forum I would have had a panic attack. I've gotten so much useful info already. This forum is great.
 
Glad to hear you got some help, online, Tony. I would have been freaked if not for supporting friends. Nothing on facebook, nothing online except come-ons and really old posts. Maybe this forum is for real. We shall see.
Through trial and error, I am popping out some great K! I wait until the sugariness goes away, add some fresh strawberry juice, put in fridge for a day or two and my wife swears it tastes like champagne. Keep it up and if bad comes to worse, I'll send you a baby!

OMG, Tony, these folks are really into secondary fermentation. I can do that with sugary fruit added and tight caps removed daily - makes for a nice beer - (sun dried bananas work really fast!) They have mega-complicated brew systems. I was looking for a real basic, natural kombucha forum. Prolly have to keep searching.
