Ok all heres what I got. 2 oz Sorachi Ace, 2 oz Cascade, 1 oz Centennial, and 1/2 oz Calypso. On the grain side ive got 10 lb base 2-row, C-10,C-20, and 3 lb Vienna. Id like to brew an IPA on Friday. I have an idea what to do with the malts for the style, but Ive never used Sorachi before so Im kinda at a loss with the hop schedule. I can come up with some extra base malt if necessary.

Thanks
