I would like to know your opinion between 1/4, 5/16 and 3/16 I.D for the serving line? About foam and all that stuff.

1/4 and 5/16 lines are only for long insulated runs. kegs in one room, faucets in another type of long.

Thank you! And.... Another question. Is it dangerous if I put the co2 tank inside a fridge or kegerator at 4 degrees Celcius ( 39 F)??

No that will be fine don't be surprised when the high pressure gauge drops 400psi that's normal. I don't keep mine inside as the gauges are steel and tend to rust.
