I need to get a second burner for my new brew rig.
I already have one and have the mounts fabricated.
Do all ring burners mount the same way or are there different types?
Also, the mounting bar on my rig is designed to adjust up and down. I can run it from 1" below the bottom of my kettle to about 16" below. What would be an idea starting point and how do I determine the optimum height?
My current burner looks like this on the bottom:
