How much yeast do I need?

I'm doing 2 brews this weekend and ordered my grain bill online . I ordered enough to do a 10 gallon batch and a 5 gallon batch of the same beer. I ordered only 1 vial of yeast to save money. Can I grow enough yeast by Sat. to do my 15 gallons of beer, and if so how should I go about it?

I don't really think so but whats the OG for the 5gal batch?

Should be around 1.045

You can but you'll need a large volume. I'd think you'd want to make a 2 liter starter, today Tuesday, and then split that on Thursday 3 ways and turn it into 3 x 2 liter starters. You should then be OK on Saturday. It isn't a high gravity beer so you don't need too much.
