I'd like to take a stab at harvesting some commercial yeast (from Bell's for a Two Hearted clone to be specific), but my opportunity for brew days are infrequent and unpredictable. So... I've done some searching and think I get the gist but wanted to ask if there were any threads or links or suggestions that could cover the process of storing/refrigerating a harvest for later starter use.
