I understand if I want X volumes CO2 at Y temperature I need Z psi CO2 in the keg.
What is not clear to me is if (for example) I had beer @ 40F @ 2.5 vol equilibrium, then shut off the CO2 leaving the pressure in the keg, what happens to the carb level if I allow the keg to go up to 50F?
