I’m just outside Orlando in Ocoee and new to Florida. I need to fill some 5 lb CO2 canister and looking for the cheapest place.
Does anybody know where to go?

Thanks for your help. Hearts Homebrew store suggested American Welding & Gas in Shader Road. I called them and they fill a 5lb tank for $13.80. The guy there said you can do a swap or leave yours (if you want the same tank back) and pick up a couple days later.

Best is to call around, first, to get the lay of CO2 land in your area, so to speak.

Swapping may be the easiest and can also be the cheaper option. And you don't have to come back for it. But if you want to keep a brand new, shiny tank that's well within re-testing date, you may opt for refilling, instead. Then when it needs to be re-tested, maybe swap it. Most swap places won't charge customers directly for re-testing. YMMV.

Depending on how far one has to drive, with gas being what it is today, might want to factor that in too.
