Is my OG estimation method is right?

Hey guys! Just checking out if my estimation is right or not.

Lets say I want 23L (6gallons) of 1.130 (30 Brix) starting wort:

My honey has a 80% sugar content.
30 Brix is 30g of sugar by 100ml of wort, so 300gL.
Then, 23L @ 30°B = 6 900g of sugar
Since the honey is 80% sugar, I must multiplier by 1.25 (1/0.8), and then it's 8 625 g of honey.

So, it's 19lb of honey for 6 gallons, does it sound right?

In fact, i'm pretty sure of my calculations... but I don't get why Beersmith gives me 1.115 of OG for 8.625kg of 80% yield honey in 23L.

Could just use the Got Mead Calculator. http://www.gotmead.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=745&Itemid=16 . I find that using the beer calculators for mead, usually doesn't work well. You can also use a hydrometer to measure your gravity.

The calculator gives me 9.9KG (22lbs) for 23L of 1130, it is approximetly the same thing that Beersmith gives me.

I would just like to know why my calculations are ''wrong''?
