I receive field grade plants. What should I expect this year? I also have two crowns

Field grade = rhizomes?

With either one, expect nothing the first year and then be delightfully surprised with anything you get.

After that, you should see more and more until they mature in year 3 or 4.

Are you referring to the field grade crowns sold by Great lakes? http://www.greatlakeshops.com/commercial.html

Those will give you a nice head start, but still don't expect too much the first year. Any cones is a bonus. Just remember that you're planting a perennial for the long-term. A year or two down the road - you'll hopefully have lots of cones.

It said field grade hop plant or a plug it's a little plant
