So I finally made a mash paddle out of some walnut I had laying around. Holes are 2" and 1 1/4". Just got to finish sanding and then apply some food grade mineral oil or butcher block oil.

Oh, and to the OP, GREAT job! That thing looks amazing. I've been thinking about making one but it would have to be a miniature version as my mash tun is only a 5 gallon cooler LOL
