3 gallon "Call it what you will" extract batch

---Primary---

-Pre-boil-
8oz chocolate malt
8oz biscuit malt
8oz crystal malt 80L

-Boil-
3.3lb dark LME (60min)
4oz dark Belgian candi sugar (30 min)
1oz Willamette hops (30 min)
2oz cocoa powder (15 min)
1 cinnamon stick (5min)

-Yeast-
Nottingham british ale yeast

---Two days before transferring to secondary---
2 oz French oak chips added to primary

---Secondary---
2 vanilla beans
8oz lactose
4oz cocoa nibs
5.5oz wildflower honey

So I was bored and made up this Frankenstein recipe derived from a few beers i saw that sounded good. I know with the honey it will take a while to clear and ferment out, but I can wait, and I was only going to let the oak chips sit for about 2 days. After writing up the recipe though, it seems I might have overcomplicated it. Can anyone tell me if this looks good or if I need to add/subtract anything?

I don't want to start it until I know it looks good, and I value the recommendations of the users of this site, so any advice would be appreciated!
