My Blueberry ale calls for saf 5 which I don't have but do have some washed saf 4 and Notty. Which do you think would be the best sub.

+1 on Notty as the better sub for US-05. Just be sure to keep it below 68*F (as measured on the fermenter). In fact, if you can, start the Notty ferment below 60*F (I've used it at 55*F and it was excellent).

Agreed, I've never gone that low, but I did do a blond ale at 58f and it turned out super clean.
