I'm planning on brewing a Vienna Lager and here is my proposed recipe. Any input is appreciated as I am trying to create my own recipe based off many others I have seen.

Extract
3.15 lb NB Pilsen Extract
3.15 lb NB Munich Extract

Specialty Grains
16 oz Briess Munich
12 oz Vienna Malt

Hops
1 oz Hallertauer (60 min)
.5 oz Tettnang (20 min)
1 oz Tettnang (0 min)

I plan to add the Munich Extract at the beginning of the boil and the Pilsen 15 minutes before the end.

Yeast- Wyeast Oktoberfest (I already have this yeast from a former purchase)

Thoughts?

I ran it through TastyBrew, and it looks like you could go up to 1 oz. Tettnang for your 20 minute addition if you want (24 IBU total, as opposed to the 19 IBU that it gives me as is). With 1.5 oz. Tettnang, I caculate 30 IBU (still within style, if you care about that).

Looks good. Let us know how it turns out.
