Anyone tried aging some apfelwein on goldschalger? Maybe with some goldschalger soaked oak?

You can certainly do that, but a less expensive method would be to soak some cinnamon in vodka for about two to three weeks, then pour the vodka in.

Oak can be added into that same mix!

Then you can pat yourself on the back for a job well done, and sip the Goldschlager. ;-)
