In case it helps someone deciding on CFC copper length and hose.....I tested out the CFC I made. Looks like junk, but it is effective. I used...
-20' of 3/8" OD copper
-crappy/cheap garden hose
Boiled 1 gallon of water and gravity fed it through...
Water 'wort' came out at 60.7 degrees in one pass!
Water was input at 57.0 degrees and came out at a little better then a 'trickle'
Took me a while to decide on copper length/diameter...but I am happy with what I settled on...and I saved a few pennies
