Had a nugget hopped IPA the other day from Toppling Goliath and it was exactly what i'm looking for. SO, i'm going to do an all nugget IPA, or maybe just a touch of centenial with it. How does the following look for Nugget additions to get the flavor/aroma out of it.

OG - 1.062 - 3 gallon batch

3lbs - 2 row
2lbs - MO
.5lbs - C40
.25lbs - corn sugar

.75 oz Cent @ FWH
.5 oz Nugget @ 20min
.25 oz Cent @ 15
1.5 oz Nugget @ FO

I've got up to half lb of Nugget and same for Cent. Just really looking to get a feel for nugget as a flavor/aroma addition. I've added the cent just to get the citrus that i've heard nugget lacks.

Would you single hop? Thoughts?

Brewed this up on Saturday morning, the smell coming out of the airlock is exactly what i was looking for. Almost piney citrus, with emphasis on that herbal/piney character. Ended up going with below:

OG - 1.062 - for 3 gallon BIAB
IBU - 64
Pitched 1 cup slurry of US05, kicked off within 12 hours @ 64F

5lbs - Golden Promise
1lb - Munich 10L
.5lb - C40
.25lb- Corn Sugar

.75 oz Cent @FWH
.25 oz Cent @ 15
1 oz Nugget @ 10
1 oz Nugget @ 0

Should turn out pretty tasty!
