I think he's saying he is reading innuendos in brewing conversations which is leading him to believe that he is indeed drunk.

Excellent drunk language interpetation. He may have just stumbled to bed. He cant really explain himself. Its like a deaf sign language interpeter.Its great help for us other incoherent peoples.
