Is this the effects of Irish Moss?

Hey guys/gals,

Is this the effects of Irish Moss? If it's hard to see in the pic, it looks like some sort of jello blob at the top of the fermentor (the one on the left). This is my second AG batch (my first is on the right) and my first time using Irish Moss. It has been in primary for about 6 hours and is the Nevada Sierra clone in the HBT recipe database.

That's normal, some yeasts really striate the wort, others look like a crazy washing machine, is that Nottingham?
 
I used 2 tspns.

The left is WYeast 1056 American Ale. The right is Nottingham though...
 
Is it just getting started? I bet it looks completely different tomorrow, usually 1 tspn is fine.
 
I should clarify what I posted earlier--- that's not a normal effect of Irish Moss. :D

+1 on 1 tsp being plenty.
